will focus on the intimate relationships of these well-kept secrets

Security’s Plan For Achieving Self-Support (Pass): An Improved
Tool For Self-Advocacy”
PASS – Plan for Achieving Self-Support – is a Supplemental
Security Income (SSI) rule that allows persons with disabilities to
set aside income and/or resources to be used to achieve specific work
goals. A PASS can be established to cover the costs of obtaining an
education, starting a business, or purchasing support services that
enable individuals to work and ultimately result in a reduction and/or
cessation of benefits. With a PASS in effect, SSA does not count against
the student’s monthly SSI check any income or resources that
are set aside and spent on job goal-related items. Come to this workshop
